Cancellation and Refund policy
This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a booking of stay that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
(i) Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 30 days prior your date of arrival. Should you cancel within 48hrs a retention of one night is charged. In the event of No-Show and Peak Periods no refund is provided.
(ii) In case of any refunds approved, it will take 6 to 7 working days for the refund to be processed to you.
